It's intereting how simply giving in can be the bravest thing we may ever do.

So true, and so, so hard. I once heard my pastor say that we are called to hold everything in this life with an open hand, except for the Lord Jesus. Man, that's hard. My friends and family ... my job ... my own life. But that's what we are called to. And yes, it's as Paul said in 2 Cor. 12: "Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong."
