The only reality TV I watch is "Deadliest Catch" on the Discovery Channel. You can't get much more "real" than crab fishermen battling the Bearing Sea in the dead of winter.

I like the way that The Next Great American Band handled it this first elimination week... they didn't have a results show, but they just called out the bands that made it through one-by-one to perform and compete for the next elimination...

then at the end of the show, we'd seen all the bands perform except for the two that got booted...

kind of cruel to the bands though, they had to work on a song specifically for the show and then they never got to perform it... but no wasted viewing time...
